Register for session 2 or 3 ONLY.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation (1,2 or all 3 sessions), and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from FC Revolution.

FUTSAL IS SOCCER PLAYED WITH A SMALLER, HEAVIER BALL WHERE SKILL AND CREATIVITY ARE THE ONLY WAYS TO SUCCEED. GREAT PLAYERS AROUND THE WORLD CREDIT MUCH OF THEIR SUCCESS TO PLAYING THIS GAME AT A YOUNG AGE! FUTSAL AT IS MODERNIZING THE WAY SOCCER IS PLAYED IN THE UNITED STATES.

Refund Policy: 
If 4 of the 5 weeks are played in any given session, the league will be considered complete, and players at the top of the brackets will be considered the winners.  If less than 4 weeks are played, players will be given a credit toward future MNF sessions.
